CONTENTS:
Clear Quartz - Known as "The Master Healer". Supporting physical, mental and emotional healing and also amplifying the powers of the other crystals.
Bloodstone (dark green and red) - Neutralises and eliminates toxins from the blood flow, speeding up recovery.
Emerald (green) -A great crystal for recovery from infectious illnesses. It brings a rejuvenating energy to the body.
Red Jasper (red) - Supports the circulatory system and is good at reducing the affects of exhaustion and supporting the regrowth of muscle.
Unakite (greeny/red) - A good "day to day" crystal, supporting the body as it regains strength.
CRYSTAL CARE:
Crystals work even better when taken care of. Crystals should be handled by one owner only so they do not attract 'energies' from others, although regular cleansing will reset the stone.
To cleanse your crystals, leave on a windowsill allowing a full cycle of sunlight and moonlight, leave on a selenite charging plate overnight, cleanse their aura with white sage or run under cold water for one minute. NOTE: not all crystals are suitable for cleansing with water as they are too porous - consult a search engine first!
When cleansed you can set your intention for the stone (basically ask the stone to help you with something specific or an area of your life you need support in.) Don't be greedy, they will only work for your greatest and highest good!
