Located at the centre of your chest, the Heart Chakra is the 4th chakra known as Anahata, meaning “unhurt and unbeaten". The Heart Chakra is represented by the colour green or pink and is associated with self love, love for others, relationships, compassion, forgiveness, transformation, grief and awareness. Symptoms of imbalance are a sense of unforgiving, distrust, jealousy, respiratory problems and shoulder pain.

Heart Chakra Crystals
CONTENTS:
Rose Quartz (pink) - Opens the heart at all levels, restoring trust, harmony and inner peace.
Green Aventurine - Helps mental healing and calms feelings of anger, jealousy, sadness and irritation.
Unakite (greeny/red) - Working with the heart and root chakra, Unakite helps you feel grounded whilst releasing trauma from the heart chakra.
Malachite (striped green) - A protective stone that helps you open up to receiving love and healing.
CRYSTAL CARE:
Crystals work even better when taken care of. Crystals should be handled by one owner only so they do not attract 'energies' from others, although regular cleansing will reset the stone.
To cleanse your crystals, leave on a windowsill allowing a full cycle of sunlight and moonlight, leave on a selenite charging plate overnight, cleanse their aura with white sage or run under cold water for one minute. NOTE: not all crystals are suitable for cleansing with water as they are too porous - consult a search engine first!
When cleansed you can set your intention for the stone (basically ask the stone to help you with something specific or an area of your life you need support in.) Don't be greedy, they will only work for your greatest and highest good!
