Hormone Balancing
CONTENTS:
Moonstone (peachy) -A key feminine stone and one of inner growth and strength. It helps soothe emotional instability and stress, providing a calmer outlook on life.
Amethyst (clear purple) -A powerful and protective stone with a high vibration. It brings a clearer mind, boosts the mood and promotes comfort, emotional stability and internal balance.
Lepidolite (purple) - A stone of inner peace and tranquillity, helping to combat anxiety and helping you find your centre again.
Labradorite (oily blueish)- A protective crystal with a highly mystical quality. It is the bringer of light and will deflect unwanted and negative energy from entering your aura as well as reducing stress, insecurities and the need for cravings.
Citrine (yellow) - Carries the power of the sun. A super cleanser and regenerator, providing warmth and positive energy. It raises self esteem, as well as motivates and revitalises the mind.
CRYSTAL CARE:
Crystals work even better when taken care of. Crystals should be handled by one owner only so they do not attract 'energies' from others, although regular cleansing will reset the stone.
To cleanse your crystals, leave on a windowsill allowing a full cycle of sunlight and moonlight, leave on a selenite charging plate overnight, cleanse their aura with white sage or run under cold water for one minute. NOTE: not all crystals are suitable for cleansing with water as they are too porous - consult a search engine first!
When cleansed you can set your intention for the stone (basically ask the stone to help you with something specific or an area of your life you need support in.) Don't be greedy, they will only work for your greatest and highest good!
