The Root Chakra is the 1st Chakra, located at the base of your spine, it is known as Muladhara, meaning "root support". The Root Chakra is represented by the colour red and is associated with security, safety, survival, sleep, physicality, grounding and support. Symptoms of imbalance of this chakra are a sense of anxiousness, insecurity, feeling “un-grounded” or lost and physical problems in the legs, knees and feet.

Included in this pack are:
Smokey Quartz (brownish/ glassy) - A super physical and spiritual grounder. It absorbs great amounts of negative energy.
Hematite (shiny black) - Helps transform negative energy into positive energy. Naturally containing iron its great for people suffering with anaemia or poor blood circulation too.
Red Jasper - Helps offer a more balanced approach to your spiritual outlook. Very calming on the root.
Black Tourmaline - Very protective and shielding, especially during mediation. Instils sense of “safety”.
CRYSTAL CARE:
Crystals work even better when taken care of. Crystals should be handled by one owner only so they do not attract 'energies' from others, although regular cleansing will reset the stone.
To cleanse your crystals, leave on a windowsill allowing a full cycle of sunlight and moonlight, leave on a selenite charging plate overnight, cleanse their aura with white sage or run under cold water for one minute. NOTE: not all crystals are suitable for cleansing with water as they are too porous - consult a search engine first!
When cleansed you can set your intention for the stone (basically ask the stone to help you with something specific or an area of your life you need support in.) Don't be greedy, they will only work for your greatest and highest good!
