Svadisthana, or the Sacral Chakra is the 2nd Chakra, meaning “ones own home". The Sacral Chakra is represented by the colour orange and is associated with emotions, feelings, relationships, sexuality, creativity and fantasy. Symptoms of imbalance of this chakra are a lack of creativity and concentration, over or under eating, addictions, financial insecurity, low libido and lower back pain.

Sacral Chakra Crystals

Carnelian - This stone is great for creativity, concentration and confidence.
Sunstone (orange/beige) - The “happiness stone” bringing joy and light to your every day.
Orange Selenite - Selenite holds very strong vibrations making this a great sacral chakra opener.
Red Goldstone (glittery) - With its copper properties, this stone boosts emotional inner strength and also circulation.
CRYSTAL CARE:
Crystals work even better when taken care of. Crystals should be handled by one owner only so they do not attract 'energies' from others, although regular cleansing will reset the stone.
To cleanse your crystals, leave on a windowsill allowing a full cycle of sunlight and moonlight, leave on a selenite charging plate overnight, cleanse their aura with white sage or run under cold water for one minute. NOTE: not all crystals are suitable for cleansing with water as they are too porous - consult a search engine first!
When cleansed you can set your intention for the stone (basically ask the stone to help you with something specific or an area of your life you need support in.) Don't be greedy, they will only work for your greatest and highest good!
