Represented by the colour yellow and located by the diaphragm, the Solar Plexus is the 3rd Chakra and known as Manipura, meaning "The City Of Jewels". The Solar Plexus Chakra is represented by the colour yellow and is associated with willpower, responsibility, intellect, opinions, decision making, clarity, self-confidence and independence. Symptoms of imbalance of this chakra are a lack of concentration, indigestion and poor skin.

CONTENTS:
Citrine (glassy yellow) - Powerful cleanser, regenerator and energy booster. Motivating and revitalising.
Gold Tigers Eye - Helps to overcome lethargy and improves self-confidence.
Yellow Jasper (mustardy yellow)- A channeller of positive energy helping you feel like you can cope better in day-to-day life.
Yellow Calcite (opaque yellow) - Very uplifting stone and enhances your spiritual connection allowing you “gut” to guide you.
CRYSTAL CARE:
Crystals work even better when taken care of. Crystals should be handled by one owner only so they do not attract 'energies' from others, although regular cleansing will reset the stone.
To cleanse your crystals, leave on a windowsill allowing a full cycle of sunlight and moonlight, leave on a selenite charging plate overnight, cleanse their aura with white sage or run under cold water for one minute. NOTE: not all crystals are suitable for cleansing with water as they are too porous - consult a search engine first!
When cleansed you can set your intention for the stone (basically ask the stone to help you with something specific or an area of your life you need support in.) Don't be greedy, they will only work for your greatest and highest good!
