Black Tourmaline (x2) - Protection, grounding and inner peace. Keep one with you, in your pocket or next to your desk. Keep the other by your bedside
Sodalite - For clearing the mind
Rose Quartz (x2) - Calming and relaxing. Keep one with you and one next to your bed
Malachite - To shake of stresses and strains
CRYSTAL CARE:
Crystals work even better when taken care of. Crystals should be handled by one owner only so they do not attract 'energies' from others, although regular cleansing will reset the stone.
To cleanse your crystals, leave on a windowsill allowing a full cycle of sunlight and moonlight, leave on a selenite charging plate overnight, cleanse their aura with white sage or run under cold water for one minute. NOTE: not all crystals are suitable for cleansing with water as they are too porous - consult a search engine first!
When cleansed you can set your intention for the stone (basically ask the stone to help you with something specific or an area of your life you need support in.) Don't be greedy, they will only work for your greatest and highest good!
